Easy Lemon-berry Dessert

- 1 tablespoon Grated Lemon Peel
- 1-1/2 cups Thawed COOL WHIP Whipped Topping
- 1 package (5 ounces) Sponge Cake Shells Or Other Dessert Shells
- 2 cups Sliced Strawberries
STIR lemon peel into whipped topping. SPOON over sponge cake shells; top with strawberries.
